Work Flow
- Navigate to Odoo To Sheets .
- Navigate to Google Sheet Connector.
- Click on New.
- Click on button Generate Token to generate Authentication Token.
- Click on button Generate App Script to generate App Script to connect with Google Sheet.
- Generated App Script is Attached in chatter .
- Copy the Generated App script content .
- Navigate to Google Sheets >>Extensions>> App Script.
- Navigate to Code.gs >> here Past the Copied App Script.
- Navigate to Triggers >> Click on button Add Trigger >> save .
- Navigate to Google Sheet >> Odoo Connector >> Set Url And Token .
- Here Add the URL And Authorization Token generated from Odoo
- Navigate to Google Sheet >> Select Tables and Fetch Data.
- Select The table of which you want to fetch the data >> click on button Fetch Data
- The Imported Data Can Be found in Sheet.
- Navigate to Google Sheet >> Send data to odoo.
- Select The table that you want to export to odoo >> click on button Export data
- The Exported Data Can Be found in Odoo.
- Navigate to Google Sheet >> Set up Automatic refresh.
- Enter the Hours in which You want to Automatically fetch data from odoo to Sheets.
- Select The table that you want to export to odoo >> click on button Export data
- Navigate to Google Sheet >> Refresh Now to fetch records from odoo to sheets .
- In Odoo Navigate to Odoo To Sheets >> Data Processing Logs .
